Throwing Concepts

During a recent Jujutsu class, the students practice their rolls and break falls. This is followed by Coach Freedman explaining the importance of understanding the principle of throws. By practicing throws on different body types, the students see past the technique and gain practical insight to the concepts behind the throws.
