Defense From a Seated Position

by Peter Freedman on December 7, 2009

Coach Freedman demonstrates finger locks and escapes from a sitting position. He discusses the moment in time to react, learning how to develop and use your gut instinct, and not solely depending on your vision.

In this video I was trying to demonstrate the idea that even if you are seated you are still able to defend your self. I was also trying to help viewers understand the importance of getting out of the way of all attacks. Even if you are sitting down you can still move and be free from an attackers punch or grab.
