Coach Freedman will be hosting a cane defense workshop on Sunday March 28, 2010 at the Weare NH dojo. His cane defense is free flowing with nothing set in stone. He teaches the concepts and principles on how to use a cane for self protection and then allows every one to run with it. What he shows is very effective and can be used immediately for self defense. He teaches the proper distance and timing to make the use of the weapon effective. These techniques are just as effective with a stick or umbrella.
Like all his workshops this will be a fun and informative event.
