Training Through Mistakes

Posted on | February 3, 2010 | by Roland Beauregard | No Comments

During any class Coach Freedman will take some time and talk about his experiences to the class. Sometimes these talks are serious sometimes quite hilarious. Either way there is a point to the stories and a lesson to be learned. At a recent class he noted how some people were stopping their training when they thought that they were making mistakes. He stopped the class and talked about why it was necessary to work through our mistakes. He pointed out why, if what we were doing wasn’t exactly the way he taught it, we had to continue on and make it right. Luckily Phil Duldulao had his flip video camera handy and filmed it for posterity. Now you get the hear his talk on training through mistakes.
